Full question:
I have a french country kitchen, I have repainted old cabinets, opened up the wall to expose the chimney, put the original potbelly stove in front of bricks, it looks good but the fridge is yuck. I thought of building a cabinet around it but thats done by everybody. I want something unique. My kitchen sink is an antique wooden hutch, very tall and wide, we installed a old porcelain sink into it so I need unique to match our creativity. I saw someone had theirs in an armoire but wouldn’t that waste a lot of space and opening two sets of doors. Well I’m looking for any suggestions thanks sooo much.
My answer:
Oh, I saw something that I think would be just PERFECT for you. I saw a frig door and the side covered in barn siding, and I saw another one that had been covered with painted shutters. The “woods” were actually GLUED to the frig door, top and side. I have that on my list of things to do to my kitchen - I thought it was so unique.
