My answer:

This is a great question - thanks for asking! You can buy an actual de-acidifier spray or, you can easily make your own. Dissolve two antacid tablets in one liter of club soda. Once the tables are completely dissolved, place your paper (newsprint, book pages, copy paper, etc.) into the solution for 30 minutes. Make sure your paper is completely submerged during that time. Remove carefully after the 30 minutes and let dry. Then store with your other acid free paper.
